What if products are faulty?
If your order contains products which are faulty, please notify us within five working days. Faulty products will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
How do I arrange to return faulty products?
Please contact us before returning products to obtain an authorisation code for your return and an alternative postal address. It is advisable to obtain proof of posting when returning items as they remain your responsibility until we receive them.
