How much is delivery?
Postage is charged at cost, depending on the size and weight of your order.
Can I pay online?
We do not take online payments. When you order online your order will be processed and you will receive a confirmation e-mail. We will phone to arrange payment when your order is ready to be sent. If you have any problems when ordering, please contact us.
Can I order over the phone?
Yes, please feel free to call us. Orders placed on our website take priority when being processed, so we do recommend ordering online.
Can I order from overseas?
Yes, we ship internationally.
How long will my order take?
Orders will be shipped within two working days. If for any reason we cannot fulfil your order within this time we will notify you.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
If you are ordering within the UK, please allow 10 working days for your order to arrive. If you are ordering outwith the UK, please allow 30 working days for your order to arrive. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit and you have not received it after this time, please get in touch.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order is damaged in transit, please keep hold of the order and notify us within five working days of receipt. If items are missing from your order please notify us within five working days of receipt.
